Delivery areas: mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland.

Estimated delivery times from the moment your order is confirmed:
– Mainland France: 2 to 4 business days
– Belgium, Luxembourg: 3 to 5 business days
– Switzerland: 4 to 7 business days

Shipping is free — it's already included in the price you see. No extra charges at checkout.

Orders ship within 48 business hours from France via La Poste (tracked Colissimo) or Mondial Relay, depending on what you choose at checkout.

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days from the date of your order, you can cancel the sale and request a full refund (article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code).
