Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your Lock-IN box to send it back, for any reason at all, and get a full refund.

Conditions:
– The product must be in its original condition (normal signs of use are fine)
– The original packaging is appreciated but not required
– The included components (start card, emergency code) should be returned if possible

How it works:
1. Send an email to contact@uselockin.fr with the subject "Return — order #[number]"
2. We'll send you the return address within 24 hours
3. You ship the parcel back with tracking (at your expense, unless the product is defective)
4. Once we receive it, we refund you within 14 days using your original payment method

Product defective or damaged on arrival: we cover both the return and the shipping of a brand-new product. Send a photo to contact@uselockin.fr within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Color exchange: free (once per order). Just contact us by email.
