What phone do you have?
1. Download the Lock-IN app from the App Store (free).
2. Create your account in 30 seconds.
3. Pick the apps you want to block: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube…
4. Scan the box — hold the back of your iPhone against it. The timer starts. ✅
5. Put the box far away from you — a drawer, another room. The further it is, the better it works.
